One HR veteran-world citizen, supporting the Hub with his 40+ years of experience in successfully leading change across industries at the most senior Executive level, in top global companies.
The same burning desire: to change the world to a better place through supporting more women to get to the top!

FOR WOMEN BY WOMEN
The Women Leadership Hub is not “just another women leadership academic consultancy”. We come from the field, we are active leaders ourselves, sharing openly our own professional and personal (positive and negative) experience. WLH is for women, by women.
We focus on the dynamic aspects of inspirational but effective leadership and on successfully leading change, something that is badly needed during these turbulent times that we are going through due to the successive crises that are happening around us and the disruptions these are causing: the pandemic, the climate and energy crisis, increased frequency and intensity of natural disasters, the geopolitical shifts, and so on.

Our vision is a thriving, fair, sustainable world where there is equity in
women and men in leadership positions across all industries and social
or political organisations.
Our mission is to accelerate the success of women intaking on more and
more senior leadership roles to positively impact the world. We do that by
educating them on the principles of Dynamic Leadership and supporting them to grow through a powerful international network.

Having lived and worked in Japan, Lebanon, Sweden and the UK, Bo is a world citizen who has accumulated unparalleled international experience working with top management at some of the world’s leading companies, on implementing strategies, applying business models and managing change to dynamically address evolving challenges in their businesses. His clients have been British Petroleum, Ericsson, Investor, Nordea Bank, Unilever, SAAB, Schering Plough (now Merck & Co), Sony Ericsson (now Sony), Sydkraft (now E.ON Sverige), the Swedish Heart-Lung Foundation and others.
